蓮藕粉

蓮藕為蓮科蓮屬草本植物的地下莖,是一種多孔質蔬菜,水份多澱粉含量高。肉質微甜而脆,食用方法多樣,可生吃,也可做菜。

蓮藕是一種營養價值很高的植物,在塊莖類食物中,含鐵量較高,又含有大量的膳食纖維。

誼豐農場

初期以種植火龍果為主,後期在觀音農會與桃園農改場的輔導下,衍生瓜類、蓮藕、酸菜等農產品

應用產品

蓮藕營養豐富,脆嫩爽口,可以製成蓮藕粉、蓮藕茶。

Lotus Root
Lotus root is the rhizome of Nelumbo nucifera, also known as lotus. It contains
high amounts of water and starch. It is slightly sweet and has a crunchy
texture and can be eaten raw or cooked.
Lotus root is highly nutritious and contains lots of iron and dietary fiber.
Yifeng Farm
Yifeng Farm grew dragon fruits in its early days. With help from the Taoyuan
District Agricultural Research and Extension Station and the Guanyin
Farmers' association, nowadays it produces gourds, lotus roots and pickled
cabbages.
